From Supplier Yard to Your Port — Every Step Covered.
Cut4Parts manages the full cycle of wholesale used auto parts export — from sourcing and dismantling through container loading, shipping, and delivery to any port worldwide. Here is exactly how a transaction works.
How It Works for Importers
Every Cut4Parts transaction is a full container load — typically 10 to 20 dismantled vehicles, floor-loaded into a 40ft container. This is wholesale trade at scale, with every step protected.
01
Register and Access Your Portal
Create your buyer account on Cut4Parts. Once verified, you receive access to your private transaction portal where you can track every container, review documents, and manage your account from anywhere in the world.
02
Source Your Vehicles
Source your vehicles independently through Copart, IAA, or any salvage auction or private supplier of your choice and arrange your own transportation — or let us handle it for you. Cut4Parts offers flexible service options to match your needs. Use our licensed dealer accounts to purchase vehicles on your behalf, engage our verified transporter network to move vehicles to the dismantler, or coordinate both independently and simply use our dismantling, container loading, and shipping services. You choose how much or how little you need — we handle the rest.
03
Sign Your Service Agreement
Before any work begins, a digital service agreement is signed confirming the full scope of the transaction — vehicles to be processed, service providers engaged, dismantling specifications, parts categories, condition definitions, and agreed service fees. This agreement is between you and the relevant service providers — Cut4Parts facilitates and documents the process as your trade coordinator. This ensures complete clarity and accountability across all parties before any money moves or work begins. Your protection starts here.
04
Fund Escrow
Transfer the agreed amount to Escrow.com — a US-licensed and regulated escrow service. Your funds are held securely and released in stages only as each milestone is completed and confirmed by you. Your money is never at risk.
05
Track Your Container
Follow your transaction through five protected milestones: vehicle purchased, delivered to dismantler, dismantling complete, container loaded and sealed, shipping documents issued. Your portal updates at each stage.
06
Approve the Loading Video
Before your container is sealed, your dismantler records a systematic loading video showing every part, the condition of goods, and the final count. You review the video in your portal and approve before the container is sealed. No surprises at the port.
07
Receive Your Shipment
Your Bill of Lading and all shipping documents are posted to your portal for download. Use them for customs clearance at your destination port. Transaction complete.
Loading verification via Loom
All container loading is recorded and securely shared with buyers using Loom, ensuring full transparency and verification before shipment
How It Works for Dismantlers and Suppliers
-
Apply to Join the Network
Complete the supplier registration form. We review your operation details, capacity, and location before approving your listing. Verified suppliers are listed in our directory and connected to buyer transactions
-
Receive Transaction Assignments
When a buyer transaction is confirmed and funded, we assign the dismantling and loading job to a verified supplier in the right location. You receive a clear specification of the vehicles, parts required, and timeline.
-
Dismantle and Load
Strip the vehicles delivered to your yard according to the agreed specification. Floor-load the container systematically and record the loading video showing all parts and quantities. Upload the video link and photo manifest to confirm completion.
-
Receive Payment
Once the buyer reviews and approves the loading video, your dismantling and loading fee is released from escrow. Payment is fast and reliable — no chasing invoices.
